Roland Care Homes is a successful, results oriented group of Homes operating in North London with over 25 years experience in care. Individuality, Patience and Support are the hallmarks of our success in caring. Understanding our service users and their needs is a skill we continually work on to deliver a high quality of support towards successful integration into the community.

Our bedrooms are individually planned to accommodate favourite colours, furniture and personal possessions to ensure that our service users are comfortable
service users are cared for in a homely, safe and friendly environment. Each home has its own lounge decorated in a comfortable and restful manner. Our gardens are extensively used for summer BBQ’s and birthday parties. We offer a wide range of culinary choices and service users have the choice of planning the menus and even individually preparing their own choice of food. All dietary needs are catered for. Care plans are tailored to meet the personal needs, choices and wishes of individual service users. We have never had agency staff. We retain a dedicated team of staff to ensure continuity and accountability in care.

Impatience breeds anxiety, fear, discouragement and failure. Patience creates confidence, decisiveness, and a rational outlook, which eventually leads to success.
At Roland we foster patience, where we have been successful in providing high quality care for individuals with highly complex and challenging needs to improve quality of life. Our long experience and dedicated staff team have a passion for care, for working with individuals who have experienced several placement breakdowns. We have been able to settle these challenging residents and develop their skills by maintaining patience and composure.

It is our aim to provide person centred care by providing individualised support. We do this by providing a varied range of services from moderate to intensive
support programmes. These programmes are tailored to meet their holistic needs. The support programme consists of operating key worker systems to provide emotional support, develop mental health awareness, combat stigma and to increase understanding. By working in close partnership with a range of external multi-disciplinary professionals, we have established systems and structures, which are rated “excellent” by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). These have assessments and individual support plans subject to regular formal reviews. It is our aim to provide the best support packages in the community. A robust quality assurance processes continuously improves and builds upon existing systems.
